FAQs Q1. Does it support multiple users/connections? Ans. The software currently only supports single user. The application can only monitor a single network connection at any given time and will combine the data from multiple connections, if you switch connections. Q2. What are the minimum requirements for installing the application. Ans. You need Microsoft(R) .NET FRAMEWORK SP1(R) installed on your system. Q3. What is the limitation of the free version? Ans: The free version will only monitor 100MB of data transfer/day. Q4. Are future updates free for the paid version? Ans. Yes, any future update will be free for the paid users.  |
